All i can say is with the affordable smartphone price, this phone is a nuke.
u can do virtually anything. the camera's resolution is not a problem once u took pictures with it. the picture quality is almost the same with 5mp. try it for yourself. ive been using this phone since it first launching and with OS 6, u feel like ure really using smartphone at double the price.
the new button style at the side of the trackpad is simply amazing. and u wont find a smartphone the same price as this 1 with a bass sound.
the only negative side is the battery and memory. but u can save the battery if u turn off ym, fb, gt, etc.
my no 1 vote for the most powerful and most cheapest smartphone. try it and u know what i mean
hey guys, I'm confused between BB Curve 9300 & Nokia E5. I've used nokia E63 and no doubt it's a great device. I've never used a BB and know nothing about this. Pls help me...
just upgraded from os5 to os6, so far so good and feel better (despite of very limited memory). Wifi, mail, bluetooth, bbm and other third party applications just run smoother. Especially its browser and youtube run faster. Battery life is depend on stability of carrier signal and application running (24-40 hours). Turn off wifi and set to GPRS/Edge if not needed just safe your battery. Removed history, cache and unwanted application to increase memory. 9300 + OS6 very nice for entry level smartphone, keypad and performance is better than 8520
Loving the phone. The battery life and camera resolution is quite sad however the rest of the features is on point for an entry level smart phone.
Will Blackberry 9300 support rumoured BB OS 7.0? Would surely be an welcome addon(if possible)
I think the camera on this phone is not as good as the 8520. And if you upgrade it to OS6 you won't have much memory left. But it's still a good phone. Love it.

imo, 27 Apr 2011hi guys. NEED ADVICE. i have a choice between two phones. Nokia N8 and BB 9300. N8 kick 9300 a... moreAs somebody else has already replied, your choice should be based on what u use the phone for. I would say if you want an all round entertainer, want to listen to music, watch movies etc then go for N8. But I would say if you want a very practical phone with very fast OS, very useful shortcuts to reach most of the features with once click, if u need frequent messaging, and want ur emails to be delivered to you on the go then there is simply no match for a Blackberry. I having used Blackberry, an android smartphone and with good exposure to my friend's N8, would say Blackberry is still my favorite after using it for 1and half years.
