pls help! i accidentally deleted the apps....can u please help me how to retrieve it? or how to put back all my main menus...coz i cant even see any of those menus(apps)..thnks and i love this fone very much.

hi, i am using BlackBerry Curve 8310 here in the Gambia, but the GSM we are using here they cannot use it in the net or connect to the net so i want to know why? and i am happy the use this phone, it is a very good phone and easy to use i am happy
