8520 side cover i.e side of volume and other key side make by very bad quality rubber, my phone cover already been pullout. it is not so good in quality.

AS i used many handset , but the blckberry curve 8520 is the very best handset, i like it.

> In reply to itsrubbish @ 2011-09-25 00:46 from 3sEp - click to readwith the handset freezing, there is a software fault with the handset, see if you can get it sent off for repair, and regarding nokia. i personally thought the same and went for a nokia n8, you think your blackberry is bad, my phone has literally been in and out of repair for 2 months, freezing, dropping my calls, being an absolute pain! i've finally got a refurbished one and i still have the same issues with it. i've now got a samsung galaxy s2, working in a phone shop myself, in my opinion, you're better off with a htc or a samsung.

for your information guys. bbid is an account to the blackberry appworld, you need to create an account to this site for you to able to download all the application. service book is the configuration settings of the blackberry for gprs and mms and internet. RIM is the server and the manufacturer of all blackberry phone out there. am i right kupal?
