Its just that your batteyr needs re-programming and it will work finr, because I have a bb curve 4 9360 and it gave that problem with am new battery

I accidentally forgot to password locked my set and my son hit some button, and now my phone does not ring or make any sound when i receive calls and messeges, and no sound even i play some music.. i search the whole option and i could not find a def...
