the video features are great if you convert to mp4... i dont know who assumed it didnt have video... way wrong

Hey Charlie, you said this mobile doesnt support video player, doesn't it even record a video ? what about PC connectivity n is its sound quality good? .. plz tell .. thanx

My phone packed up after 1 week and the after sales with blackberry is shocking they told me my replacement phone would take 2 days it is now over 2 weeks and still have to wait another week at least,

Hey Guys,
I am having a lot of trouble loading any videos into my Pearl. It says error when I load something over 2.5MB and it can BARELY play anything under 2.5MB. I try using an avi file and a mpg file. Any ideas? I did some research and was suggested to use a MPEG-4 file for video uploads.

it is not windows vista capable whoever that CaptKirk person is, GET A CLUE, since vista came out WAY after this phone. i dont think its capable with any windows service. and gsmarena is wrong, THERE IS NO FREAKING VIDEO! (sadly)

this phone is missing a lot and i hope blackberry makes it better, i have & like this phone, but im trying to get something different. any ideas?

There is a fix for the 2 second answer thing, follow below::::::

Go into the call log and press the menu key Scroll to OPTIONS and select Highlight SMART DIALLING and select Scroll to and select to access office extensions within my corporation call number: wait for: and change to “my response” Now scroll to and select access extensions in all other corporations call the number then wait for: and change to “my response” Now reboot the device

tweety you will need to get your network provider to add the Blackberry access point on your account and then when the service books are recieved to your phone you will be able to access the internet......

Great looking phone, but takes several seconds when answering to connect. Anyone know how to overcome, it is a very annoying aspect of the phone.

beautiful fone, can't express in word how i love this fone. Blend of work application, functionality, multimedia and design. This is the first blackberry for me, but seems it will last very long in my hands until they replace it with a new facelift model with HSDPA+wifi+cam for vid call. Minus just one of those, i will better stick with this babe.

Hi, does this have a 1.3MP camera or 2MP camera, it looks far to clear to be 1.3... I need a Blackberry that works witha 2MP camera.

Can someone let me know please...As i hear 10 different things about the phone.

No The pearl does not have wifi. In the data section of the specifications it says WLAN: No. That means it does not have wifi. I also know this from experience with the device.
