Great phone would love to be owning one unfortunately Blackberry have written its software and it cannot find a pst file on our server. Shame they've lost the sale of 2 phones. Nokia goes straight to the file to download Outlook 2003

Also, I'm having a difficult time finding out where I insert the sandisk in the back. I'm getting so frustrated with this silly phone. Thanks for all your help!

To Change the color of the trackball you download the software onto the Blackberry from the software disc that comes with it... I think you could even download it from crackberry.com.au

Awesome phone! Can't complain about anything, other than the fact that the ColourPearl program to change the colour of the tracking ball doesn't work on this model :(. Otherwise, top-shelf cell!!

I found the key in conserving battery life for the pearl 8110: Turn off the GPS when not in use.

yeh you can lock the keypad. just in the menu down the bottom there is a keypad lock icon, just clck on it and your all good.
