Hi Guys. I desperately need help on my BB 8110!! Plz!!! I need to know if there is any way that I can select and delete specific SMS'ses instead of deleting all or doing it one by one???!!!

Also, I need to Create a folder(not default) in SMS'ses and how do I save specific SMS'ses to that folder??

I REALLY like this phone but Im afraid that if I cant manage to do these things I would have to go back to Nokia and wont recommend BB to anyone out there seeing that these are BASIC funcyions that any phone should be able to do!!!

Your help is much appreciated!!

Thanks!

I haven't had very good luck with my Blackberry. The first one I bought, I had to send back because the tracking ball stopped working (there was not any water damage - and I had not dropped the phone either). The second phone they sent me just started going haywire and when I press the tracking ball the letter x and the number 7 pop up and I can not dial out, take calls or text. The call button simply doesn't work and the other buttons - when pressed bring up random numbers and letters. Again, this phone has not had any water damage and has not been dropped either. This phone was expensive, and I really don't want to have to go through the process of getting another new phone. I am thousands of miles away from home, and I specifically bought this phone so that I would not have any problems staying in contact with my family. I figured it would be reliable, but so far it has not. The AT&T stores have told me that I have to wait for AT&T to send me a new phone, so that means I don't have access to a phone until they send me one. Any suggestions??
