> In reply to Anonymous @ 2009-04-27 15:38 from fuLRhow long have you been using it? I had the same problem before, and it seems like all it needs is proper cleaning. take it to the nearest repair shop and have the keyboard and the track ball cleaned.

cheers!

Please my black berry 8120 phone middle round mouse in the centre of the face of the handset has just refused to scroll downwards. it only scrolls up and sideways. this has made it practically difficult to use the system. Please advise on what to do to correct the malfunctioning.

My e mail address is ajaxlalekan@yahoo.com

Thanks

In reply to comment about why is Orange charging so much... I work for Carphone Warehouse and know how much Blackberry recommend retailers sell it for and it is definately not as cheap as you seem to believe. It is not Orange making it expensive but Blackberry and us consumers.

blackberry phones are quality, however my question is why is orange charging 145 uk pound including a 20 pound top up for a phone so old and nothing special in spec? i think orange are overcharging for a average and old handset
