Where are the hard buttons???!!! And the tracpad??!! My loyalty to Blackberry is fading...
Don't try be anything other than a Blackberry!!! BB users want a keyboard and the original hard buttons! Don't take our choice of not using the touch screen away!

I am a Blackberry user for a number of years and prefer Blackberry to any other phone currently. I played with the Z10 to try the OS and interface. I didn't like not having a trackpad and the 4 main dedicated keys. The phone is much better than previous models but I don't need all the bells and whistles. They should have made the Z10 for Android and Iphone users and the Q10 for diehard Blackberry users and the users that moved to other phones over the last 3 years.

If the iPhone fits your purposes better, then you should use an iPhone. Be specific, so iPhone or Android users that were thinking of trying this phone can understand a reason not to. Blackberry users are going to get this phone regardless of the negative comments.

Blackberry users appreciate having dedicated trackpad, send, end, function and return keys. Small keys on this phone would have been nice. The simplicity of the last OS was fine. All we wanted was a phone that had good battery life, fast internet, better video capability and more important apps (not as many as android or iphone has). Anyone who prefers an android or iphone doesn't need to leave any comments here. The Blackberry users only want to hear from real Blackberry users that appreciate Blackberry for what it is and has been.

Its very sad to know that its lacks the track pad... now have to play disco with the thumb finger always...
BB plse launch the updated version with optical track pad included will be highly appreciated......

i had iphone and now i purchased q10. I have been using for 5days and my view is bb is nothing in front of iphone. Now i am going back to my iphone.

I will not be going back to a next all touch smartphone now i have the Q10 and it's superb keyboard and new OS.

This is the best smartphone with a superb keyboard.
I have the i4,i5, s3 & the Q10.
The Q10 is the the better of them all, the keyboard is superb.

Q10 is the best for anyone want touch screen with keyboard
restart time fater than 9900
I think its perfect blackberry + keyboard
but charging time it take more 3 and a half hours !!
sometimes network and data it gone but it came back just few seconds
well done rim ^^

Scrap,no track pad. pls get an abroid license, build quality phones with longer battery life. ur BBm is as good as normal sms's.
