Excellent battery life and perfect for messaging. Ni frills and no fuss. The messaging client is the best I've used. Do not but this phone to use it for its apps as the apps are bad. But it if you're serious into messaging / emails and enjoy a decent battery life. This my second phone that I bought unlocked for travelling. I own a htc one for recreational use.
it has good specification almost all smartphones. could make a software that can help blackberry users to connect to all WiFi of different security mechanism.
How does this phone have a krait processor while running on OMAP SoC? Confused...
I bought a Q10 yesterday. Thank god I didn't take the foils off. I used it for about 6 hours. First of all, I would expect a 550€ phone not to be made entirely of plastic. Next would be the fact that it's slow and the OS is a little weird. When you scroll up from the bottom of the screen, it minimizes your current window. That's stupid. It happened many times that I wanted to scroll but it minimized the window. Last but not least, it's features as an office phone are completely outdated. My S4 can do things better, faster and with more ease.
I bought it as a secondary phone for my company number, but I can see why RIM is nearing bankruptcy. I returned it today.
P.S. The camera is really bad!

pallmall, 30 Jun 2013Yes, this is true. There is no special plan needed anymore.thanks bro......:)
long time bb user, 28 Jun 2013I'm actually a bit frustrated by the Q-10... specifically the way they've reconfigured the way... moreLet me tell u my Dear, this q10 has shortcuts; in browser back is P, scroll down (space)...
To quickly call someone; in home screen just type (call name). Tell me if u need more
long time bb user, 28 Jun 2013I'm actually a bit frustrated by the Q-10... specifically the way they've reconfigured the way... moreCould not agree more...this OS does not gel the touch and the keyboard like it is supposed to. I lost my 9900...spent a few months on the iphone waiting for the Q10 to get available and was kinda disappointed when I tried the q10 on a few occasions. Finally bought a 9900 again. Apart from a few not so important issues...it remains the best BB touch n type to date in my opinion.
jobayo, 29 Jun 2013Give me a opinion must I take a bold 9900 or the Q10 i'm onfused with all this comments *Depends if you are ready to shell out double the amount ... then definitely Q10 as there is no upgrade due for the bb7 devices.
tony, 30 Jun 2013is it true that q10 does'nt need any blackberry plan.....it runs all the app by a normal plan ... moreYes you can use bbm services using the regular plan on any of the devices running on OS 10
