According to a new rumor, BlackBerry could announce their second Android-powered smartphone at this year's Mobile World Congress (MWC). Said to be codenamed Vienna, the device has already leaked in renders a few months ago, revealing a more orthodox BlackBerry design.
The report says the handset is expected sport a 5-inch 1080p display and have both front and rear cameras with LED flash. The Vienna is said to be a mid-range phone with a price tag less than what the company's Priv carries.
Back in December, BlackBerry CEO John Chen hinted that the company could launch a second Android phone in 2016. He, however, didn't reveal a specific launch time frame, saying that'll depend on how the Priv performs in the coming months.
What kind of phone ? What are the specs,,? The price ? I love BlackBerry
I think it will be a step forward if they release a phone with all touch screen (5 to 5.2 inch), there is no need for the physical keyboard, and eventually no one will use it, un upgraded version of the Z30 with android platform and some good feature...
Hopefully BlackBerry will release this phone with more reasonable price.
