check with the operator for that.
if problem are there then work around is also there

Worst phone I have ever seen. Bought for myself and I pay £30 a month contract with 600 mins unlimited texts and 3G Internet. Internet doesn't even work on it. Bluetooth doesn't send images ect to other blackberry's only non blackberry's. Touch screen is starting to fail. Lags very bad. Phone charge last about 40mins if your listening to music through headphones. Overall what do I think? worst phone in the world and blackberry honestly need to think about customers and not just money. I paid a good £530 for this phone!

Hi,
I have bought this Blackberry Strom 2 9520. Its a Nice Phone, Its has all the feature and great Camera, Good Qaulity of Call,
Some feature u can disable to increase the Battery life do the following
>disable GPS,
>dont always enable the Bluetooth, WI-FI feature when not in use,
>make the screen bright as low as you can say 10 or 20
>backlight time option to 10 - 20 sec
>upgrade the Phone software to v 5.0.0.1077
For increase performance
>enable the memory clean.
>always close the application when you come out of that.
>lock the screen when not in used.
This is a lovely phone and lovely touch creation, After all its a blackberry touch.
please if know extra about the Phone i will love to hear.. if some trick around this fone to improve move..

I recently posted a comment about this phone which I would like to correct. This phone is a piece of s**t. Here is a list of problems I have encountered in the past 2 days. My camera key is faulty. If I press it, it doesn't go into the camera application as it usually does. It does however go to the application about an hour later and takes a random photo. My power button is faulty. If I switch my phone off, I cannot switch it back on. I have to pull the battery out and let it boot up, which takes 15 minutes! Whenever I am busy doing something, the camera application opens up and takes a photo every 30 seconds, if that. The touch screen is faulty. I click on the back button and it clicks 3 times and I lose what I was busy with. The flash for the camera is flickering all the time and then I get an error message saying 'battery is too low for flash use' when my battery is full. BBM freezes in the middleeif typing a message and I have to reboot the phone. I have had this phone since March 2011. Why is a high end phone like this one so problematic. My battery lasts 5 hours, when nothing is open and phone is in my pocket. So, please can someone who actually knows the phone please tell us that we really didn't waste money on buying this phone. Because I would love someone to try and tell me how to increase my battery life when there's nothing you can do. Or tell us that a software update fixes these problems. In my last post I told you how to update the firmware, now I'm saying, don't waste your time or money on possibly the worst blackberry ever made. Blackberry failed hopelessly with this phone.

Useless phone. Never buy this. Getting error all the time. Take so long to boot & too complicated to use.
You have to pay extra money to use internet.
If you are getting free data from your mobile company then you won't be able to use it.
Never enjoy internet browsing. In short nothing good in that simply waste of money............

This phone is not good. I have had it for more than 6 months and it has gone twice for repairs. The touchscreen is always freezing and you have to take out the battery sometimes to reboot. And rebooting takes five odd minutes so you lose your caller. I dont advise anyone to go for this phone. Blackberry cannot make touch screen phones.

I used this phone for the past two months and i started hating my life using it... pls go for iphone if you really want a good touch phone...

Hi all, those negative people out there... if you read all the posts thoroughly you will find that this phone just needs to be understood and known... also the freezing issues are solved with updates and constantly remembering to close unused open apps as this will fill up the memory. Battery issue, please disable any features that might drain it too quick. I am still going to buy this phone for my business. I would use the email client or browser for my two emails... and the document editors as well as the IM like msn messenger to stay in contact with suppliers and clients.

I have had my storm2 for 3 months now and I must admit, all the problems everyone has had, I have had. In the first 2 weeks of having it, it was driving me insane. Do yourselves a huge favour, go into Options->Advanced Options->Wireless Update. If there is an update, do it. Ever since I updated my software my storm2 has become the best phone I have ever owned. Battery life sucks, we all know that. Don't waste money on buying a new battery. Invest in a car charger. The phone works faster when the battery is charged more than 50%. It is worth buying this phone.
