The touch screen system is different. For those usually use other touch screen phone might have some difficulties. Currently I am using this storm2 9550 with software version of 5.0.0.1015 (just updated from the BB site) evrithing works fine, BT, Wifi, 3G connection etc, I post this also through my storm2. One thing I haven't try yet is the capability of its CDMA. It was mentioned when 1st time I finish its software upgrade but not yet try to operate with CDMA card.

i bought it b4 5 days,but i m very shocked to c its battery performance.after listening 3 or 4 songs iit starting to getting down,can anybody help me on this matter or wht can i do to improve the battery life.

I do suggest that you should not buy 9550. This phone lacks of application. But if you a techy person, I suggest try samsung galaxy s or galaxy s2 is better.
Iphone is okay, once you jail break it, you can install crack apps.

i think this is one of the best from blackberry family. at first i have many issues like the screen doesn't click, phone freeze, self restart.. but after some upgrading it does good now. big screen, okay sounds n display, surepress keyboard.. even can be used in portrait with reduced standard candybar keyboard so u can text in one hand. i have been using it for 1.5 years and i like it. but if u want a superb entertainment phone, this is not the right one for u. get an iphone instead :)
