Without doubt it is a deeply flawed and very disappointing product. Everyday almost something else fails to work as it should. I am due for an ungrade and have no confidence at all in Storm 2 but don't need the Swiss army knife of some other phones. ...

I got a BB 9500 Storm from Malta. It's terrible. Super user unfriendly touchscreen keyboard No instructions to turn off the key stroke 'suggestions' Highly unintuitive. No stylus available. Web site manual is not much help either. Can't...
