It's not the BB 9500's fault why it hasn't any wi-fi... next time take a look at the speicification on any mobile phone before buying it so that there will be no regrets later...

I have had this phone for 7 months and HATE it! It freezes all the time mid functions, it turns it self off, it calls numbers on its own, the camera is slow, really a true pain. I would never suggest anyone get one! Very disappointed as I love my old blackberry!

Hey... I've been using storm for almost a year. At first I had the same thought as u guys have said, such us storm is unfriendly-touchscreen phone in which needs to press,it sucks since it lacks of wifi, and bla bla bla. However after 1 month usage I started to think that storm is a very unique, disinguish, and easy blackberry. I looooveeee the big screen since I love browsing as well. So please don't just any cellphone badly before u guys try or buy it. Thanks

Having owned a 9500 for almost a year, I do fancy the look of the new up coming Bold. I have never owned a qwerty phone, could someone please either recommend or not which is better for practical use - qwerty or or touchscreen? (Please, no negative comments just because some of you were dissappointed with the Storm's all round use.)

The biggest disappointment is no flash support. The speakerphone is annoying when you're regularly on overseas conference calls. Most of the Apps for this BB are consistently unstable. Looking forward to flash support in next upgrade.

it would be even better if it had a 10 mp camera 2 gb ram, free lifetime internet , 1 tb harddisk, and a torchlight.

I personally wouldnt recommend this phone to my enemy its absolutly disgusting no wifi and has alot of faults with the LCD and digitizer i prefer the BB 8900 curve or the nokia E71 which both are better looking and feautre wise are alot better and praciticaly perform better :D

I thought that the worst phone I ever owned was the Samsung Omnia. The Blackberry Storm 9500 tops the Omnia. It is unwieldy, the screen-lock is a bit of a joke (and you need a good locking device for touch-screen), the battery life is not what its promised to be, u need to charge twice a day, phone reception is poor, I could go on and on...
