just got my Blackberry storm last week, got my latest updates downloaded my itunes media sync via device manager and it's running great! bluetooth synch'd with my laptop as well as my P900, dont know why you guys having problem with your BB storm, its either you dont know how to read instructions or dont know how to handle PDA's

hi everyone if u are looking to buy this phone i have one second hand in mint condition used for 6 months but getting upgrade it has 2 tiny scratches cant even see unless looked at carefully if u want to buy it will be on ebay soon if u want more details just reply on here and il get back 2 u ok

it is worst than a real storm. it is a disaster waiting for the unsuspecting consumer. how could BB turn out such crap. it is not user friendly at all. u cant even copy your address book to sim. it has too many basic things missing and its just not worth it w/o even wifi! one piece a s***

Phone is too heavy. What a complcated bluetooh. Not atall user friendly.

Just downloaded the latest update for the phone, the best bit is (at last) is that the phone can no longer unlock itself when any button is inadvertantly pressed whilst in your pocket. You have to press the lock button on top of the phone, this should have been the case when the handset was designed. Better late than ever. Also, the phone seems to be faster when switching between applications, great!

something is wrong with these people i have the phone for about 4 month it is the best phone i ever had, i had the iphone 3g, this phone is the best ever

With the latest firmware on this phone was a good bit of kit.

it is a awesome phone
it is also user friendly i can watch videos with gud clarity the camera quality is the best and able to browse the nets with out any problems
it is the best phone which i have and i love it alot

It's not the BB 9500's fault why it hasn't any wi-fi... next time take a look at the speicification on any mobile phone before buying it so that there will be no regrets later...
