Why this phone has so many common issues?battery doesn past'and the software up grade thing, even curve is better than storm with it software unable to upgrade this thing pisses me off bwt this phone real.How on earth is this software upgrade impossible?BlackBerry manufacturer you disgrace your self from other smart phone brands!

To get the BB world app, from your phone browser go to m.blackberry.com and download the app directly to your phone. Alternatively you can install the Blackberry desktop manager on your PC to load all of the drivers. Open the appworld.blackberry.com on your PC and register or login. Connect your phone and web application will prompt you to install the newest version of the app world on your phone(after install, your phone will reboot do not disconnect usb cable from PC). Cheers

i just bought a second hand BB9500 i was told in ad it was wifi. on connection found it was misleading ,not happy .but i keep it anyway.can any one tell me how to lock the screen plz thx and hoe do i get on BB app world no icon in phone thx

first of all i would comment that this storm is a beautiful buy but the only problem seems to be the battery and internet services... i cannot bbm on mine due to an unknown fact lol...well i have been trying to upgrade my software for the 4th time.. i sent it again to get an upgrade... i love it to bits but just cant hanlde the so many issues it has.
