my blackberry storm 9530 was working fine.Suddenly for some unknown reason the screen became white and there is a notice'Jum Error 545'
reset
I cannot get this off or access anything else on the phone. What's wrong????

To check credit balance. Menu--.options---mobile network---menu---diagnostic test----menu---Run.That does it.

On my Blackberry Storm 9530, whenever i transfer music or document on it, actually it will play and display correctly on the screen. only problem I have is that when I use my USB to view and play music or display any document through the computer (PC). my music will display world Microsoft logo and it will not play or display correctly. What can i do to adjust to the normal position.

hii..i just got a blackberry 9530...and im having trouble uploading videos to mo phone it say cant play he video of this format...what kind of format does the bb 9530 support...??

This is a beautiful phone and I love the features lots. I bought this on Amazon (unlocked Verizon) and I'm using it in Kenya on the safaricom network. Problem is getting the blackberry data services working. My word, that has been a pain!! It connects intermittently, though at times I have no problem using BBM and receiving emails. Make the mistake of turning the phone off, and it's like it struggles to get the connection going again.
As I said, I really love the phone and I'll struggle on with it, hoping it will eventually stabilise, or I find a solution

yo guys am having problemz with my BlackBerry Storm 9530...when it comes to recharging my phone,i have tried using another charger it didnt change nothing,tried using ma USB.....same shit,what could be the problem?help me plz
