I used this phone for 1year,and got many troubles!lcd,touchscreen,application memory always up & down,unstability memory!it's suck and horrible,very disappointed with this phone!

All the GSM cell phones will work in any country?
All the cell phones have a SIM card can work in any country?
I noticed the Huawei Premia(MPCS carrier)has a SIM card but will not work how a GSM cell phone in other countries. Please can you explain this matter.
