Battery Pull every now and then is a must to make this cellphone work well, or else it'll work at a snail's pace.. Over all - please do not buy this cellphone. Im using it past a year and Ive made a visit to Blackberry Center twice already...

Need to know 2,3 things about this cell phone as i checked in a news paper that at naaptol its available at 10000 bucks... is that true ??? even if i purchase this phone from BB store then will it be available and at what price?
now if talk about the performance then need to know 2 things. 1st hows the battery back up as i heard lot of about backup that it sucks...
2nd OS is 4.7 X as somewhere i checked so will i be able to upgrade this to bb os 6 or not....
Somebody pls advise who has used it or using at present......
