i live in south africa,my blackberry torch 9850 was shipped from london and doesnt connect to the internet with any other sim card from this country, how can i change this?

I believed this phone was a good one until it just came off & not coming on again, it reaches 75% on the rebooting bar & then freezes, no matter how i wipe,flash,factory reset it, its not wrk for nu,steupzzzzzzzzzzzzz
