Hi i really wanna buy this phone but I keep hearing that this phone freezes alot not only that i also noticed that curve touch 9380 freezes alot also so is the problem with the bb touchscreen phones in general or is it just an individual thing?

The phone is good but hangs a lot. Now i feel like selling the phone and go back to curve 2. The truth is every blackberry phone has its wahala. For this phone hanging and freezing is the probs.

I was thrilled to unpack this phone the first day I got it. But that is about as far as my excitement went. The frequent freezes have made using the phone an unbearably horrible experience. I strongly advice any prospective buyer to refrain from buying this phone. It is a waste of good money.

This phone is complete shit. I hate it. It freezes all the time, and I hate restarting my phone all the time, my battery dies so fast. I suggest not getting this phone. It's a waste of money
