i am not happy with this phone, but have to wait another 7 months to get out of the contract, i can hardly wait...

the bb 9860 is a gud phone but it takes a long tym to load.

Same with bb jux dat da process is call wiping. Jux backup ur data n wipe da phone n install only data u need. Dats all, phone is always as gud as new.

I am using Blackberry 9860. I bought it in June 2012 and my phone was getting started so I submitted my phone to repair. But at last they had to replace my phone and the new replaced BB 9860 is also having a same problem. Not booting up. It is not worth buying and using. Pathetic phone ever. They don't event sort our your problem. Blackberry Brand is no more a brand.

i am using the bb 9380, i work at a vodacom shop and still till today i couldnt seen any difrence between this phone and my 9380... for it is exactly the same phone except for the fact that this one doesnt have NFC... is that why its more expensive????????????????

Iam a user of blackberry torch 9860.I enjoy and admire this phone so much.unfortunately,not long ago while the phone was freezing,I thought it was due to the so many applications downloaded.thus I mistakenly deleted a folder called "DOCUMENT TO GO"which is a document viewer.eversince,I cannot view some documents.please,advise me on what to do to get back this deleted programme.may u emailme at skmanasare@yahoo.co.uk
