i have a BB tour 9630 from sprint, but im having problem with loading of recharg card and checking my account balamce. each time i try to check account balance by typing *556#, which stands for MTN Nigerian, the phone dials as if i want to make call, and the voice prompts tells me that the number im calling is not correct, and the same issues applies on loading my credit too. secondly, where my network provide should appear at the up front of my screen it appears ACTIVATION REQUIRED. pls could someone assist me with an alternative with this mess, otherwise i might get ride of the phone. This phone sucks.... though it works great on internet, but no use for common man as it has no wifi, radio..

Its totaly absord for this phone to be wivout radio and wi-fi, its so unacceptable, I think to cap it up, it is a very useless fone also wiv much price

i always find it very diffult in configuring gprs for blackberry tour.
infact,all the features had been laid correctly.
please i am in ghana and our 4 network providers
had not been able to configured.

love it ! very good. am enjoying it.
serves me great like my luna nokia 8600, which i got may 2007 when it came out. got the tour last may for my baide.

It´s a nice phone buut I have a problem with the cell, here where I live the cellphones companies offer GSM service but the BB I have looks like it doesn´t work with that system, I ask a few guys wich their business it unlock cellphones and the answer is we can not connect that device.
What can I do?
