Hi just got my dash, but I am unable to download whats app. Im getting an error message, that the phone is incompatible. Is this so and why.

I bought one last month and everyone that I've called told me that call quality was horrible. It was like the mic captures every single background noise of the surrounding. I went to the service centre to get a new one and the problem was the same. I went to the service centre for the third time and they flashed the phone, telling me it was a software issue. Unfortunately same problem arises again. Went to the service centre for the fourth time to get my money back.

when making calls, people tell me they cant hear me well..i think there's a prob with the mic..anybody experience this?

hey cannot connect to my pc via usb or bluetooth.is there any way of doing so.please help

Good day, I have a blu dash 3.5, i can live with the low ram to an extent, and i like the phone.i use the 3g slot on a 1900 band the problem is my 2g data speed is way faster than the 3g speed. it is not a network problem as far as i know because i actually work with the network i use for my 3g slot, also the 3g speed is fine in other phones. has anyone experience this??? i desperately need help with this!! i read on other blogs about a trick where you root your phone and manipulate settings to increase the speed but i dont know how to root any phone and it seems this is the hardest to root. can someone pleaseeee help me, i just want reg 3g speed!!!

It's a great basic smartphone. The only problem is the limited internal memory.
But this can be worked around using Link2SD. Realized the root the device, but it needed to stay in the recovery.

I cannot answer the phone! I am from the US but I am now in Belize trying to call home it is a ring back system and I cannot answer it???

hi there...i love my blu dash 3.5 too.
Im having some problems tho:
1. cant have internet thru wifi (its connected but says that it has lost connection)
2 cant install whatsapp...
help plzzzzzzz

I switch of my phone and when i'm putting it back on i's not seeing anything on less i get a call...what do u suggest i do?

Same here, there is a problem with storage....even with a 4gb memory card and switched to removable storage....the phone keeps asking for memory.
