The screen doesn't stay on while I am talking, so how do I get it to stay on? and where do I see my messages and how do I delete old ones? Not able to access things well.

I had this problem, too. The larger sim card (don't punch it out of the card) slides directly in the space where the battery connects. (under sim 1) take out battery and slide it at the connection grid.
