I bought one of these for $26 brand new on eBay. I live in Colorado, popped a T-Mobile SIM card and people can call me and I can call them. Got it in the mail like 5 minutes ago; it's default language is.. latin-derived? Trying to figure out how to change language atm. =]

I tried to buy a BLU Deco Mini from Walmart in Mexico City, but they told me it will only work with Mexican SIM cards? Is this true?

How do i find my contact list? how do i access music? i put in my micro sd card with music and i dont know how it works. how do i view the pictures i took? the wallpaper can't be changed?
