I really don't like this phone! When I get a missed call or message the phone freezes and will not allow me to retract the call or massage. I have to either remove the battery or wait till a call comes in to unfreeze it. Is anyone else having this pr...

simply use your fingernail or something flat to put between the covers at the bottom right hand corner of the phone and gentle separate the faces.good luck.My touchpad is useless after less than 6 months months of use.where can I get a replacement? ...
