can the speaker work with any other phone

I have a blu electro and has a light on the edge all the time and flashing lights and never goes out! I want to turn it off but do not know how I could say as I can put out?

hey got this phone it is ok, reccomend it to anybody but i dont know how to get the mp3 message tones as my message tones!!!! :(

4.For all of this to happen you must insert a memory card with music saved.

This is a cool and user friendly phone. It has a loud wireless speaker, the TV quality and reception is very clear. unfortunately the videos, music and tv cant play through the spaker. the lights around the phone is a thumbs up especially in the dark. the bluetooth, camera, browser, radio is fantastic.
