I seem to be having problem with everything. Inserted Micro SD Card, device does not seem to recognize it. Cannot use Camera; Cannot transfer music files even from a computer. Cannot transfer photos.

Please does anybody know how to use this camera?

Just got this phone and activated it. Can anyone tell me how to use the camera? User's guide gives no directions but shows camera as option in Multimedia menu. I have no such option. Does my software need updating? If so how? thnx

Putting in the micro SD card is tricky. It goes underneath the battery so remove the battery first.
Besides the slots for the two sim chips there is a place for the micro sd. slide the metallic cover toward the edge and hinge it up. then put the micro sd card in, contacts down and toward the center. Then push the metallic cover down again and slide it back to center.
BTW: 8Gb max.

It is a crappy cheap one as the charging circuits are damaging the battery and you can;t use it anymore (the battery that is) Buy a slightly more expensive one and save yourself the trouble. As they say: if it's too cheap, it's because it is crap.
