why is phone turning off and when it does and i try to turn it on it keeps buffering over and over again...?

What parts are you looking for? There are cases and extra batteries on Amazon and the phone will take any 3.5mm set of headphones you want to buy. The built in FM radio requires the headphones to be plugged in, so it may not work with Non-BLU he...
