My BLU Life X is excellent. Only point to consider is the battery - it should last longer ...
Question for you, guys: I am facing a problem. My cell phone started facing an issue, where after I use the phone (place a call/get a call), it is not able to turn off the screen anymore. Explaining, after having used the phone for the first time in a day, even I press the power button to lock the cell phone and get the black screen (saving energy), it does not do it anymore; it shows something like the watch picture, dial pad or something else. As there's an image on the screen, it starting burning battery.
I've factory reset it, but no progress.
Any tip, guys ? Has anyone faced similar problem ?
a good phone for a good price, the dealer in Suriname has bad aftersal service can someone do something about that ? its just like buying a blu and its done no accessorizes nothing for the live One X

A) on hold for over TWO HOURS and even then they might just gang up!
B) their knowledge is close to zero (the only ones that know a little are the supervisors)
C) the experience I have with this phone is horrendous.
After a few months of use , made van wireless update ( was advised by the phone to do it several times). And thereafter the launcher from Contact to Phone log And to SMS log does not work properl
The only help I got is: To Reset
That's not to convenient in my case
Since have many important Apps that are not easy to download again. And also concerned of loosing my Contacts
(Please don't suggest to back it up on GMail !)
I know you will NEVER reach out to help.
But needed to voice my outmost frustration

But after a few months I am very disappointed.
The phone showed me to make a "Wireless Update" so I did.
And hey - The "Contacts" no longer appear in the "Phone" log! And neither do they appear on the SMS log.
After calling Blue customer service (and being on hold Over Two Hours!), the rep advised me that the only way to fix the launcher is to Reset The Phone !
Which causes ms lots of headache, I have a number of important Apps on it , that will be a real pain to download again
Also, The rep's at blue are clueless. The only ones that know ( A Little) are the supervisors.
One more major problem is: Since you cannot move the battery , so when it freezes ( which it did couple of times) there is no way to restart the phone. Only by letting the battery drain ( which may take a day or so). And meanwhile you are stranded with no phone
My advise, before you consider this phone, think again. And try to see IF you are able to get any Representative of Blue on the phone!
before you buy try contacting service. Was never able by phone or email,also a lot on complaints on internet about battery failure.

hi gsm arena i contacted blu products and they told me that this phone has protection with corning gorilla glass. i was unsure after looking at many reviews seeing no gorilla glass so i contacted blu and they confirmed it for me :) so you can add that to your specs i guess

I have used the phone for 3 months, it was amazing, but after that 3 months the capacitive touch buttons doesnt work anymore, its dissapointing
I live in the Caribbean and I just bought my phone a month ago. Until this day it worked perfectly. However my battery died last night while I was asleep and though I have tried charging it the red light doesn't come one and neither does the phone. Does anyone have any suggestions?
I just purchased this smartphone (BLU Life One X) and the place I got it from are telling it is "4G". But on the box it was in has a label telling me "3G" please tell me who is right and who is wrong? Just want to make sure I'm getting what I paid for. Any helpful ideas will be accepted, thanks!
