How do I set up my voice mail profile? When I push and hold #1, I get a message that says "Invalid number format. Should be 11 digits or more." But how do I enter my phone number for VM? Thanks

under settings,select user profiles,then select the option --customize-- one of the settings there is to adjust ringer volume,and another is for --ring,vibe etc.don't forget to select activate after adjustments.
