I just bought one and upon istallation I received a message 'Unfortunastely, the process com.android.phone has stopped. I have factory reset the phone numerous times but as soon as I start the set up process the message returns. Can you help me?

I had a Samsung Galaxy S (the first, I9000) and i not be a heavy user, dont play games, dont watch movies or HD movies. My first need in smartphone is the use of social networks apps. My samsung was very slow, because this start a find to a new smartphone. I searched for a unlocked and cheap smartphone, with a good size screen e some power to run apps fast.
After a long research, here in GSMArena and another places, i was interested in devices builded by Blu. Considering my location (Brasil) and others issues, i finally decided by the model Tank 4.5.
Few days ago, I went to Florida, and there i bought by amazon site (US$ 199,00 plus shipping) the white model w110 (who working in Brasil 3G frequences). Lets start the briefing:
Unboxing - In a simple, but very strong box, i received the phone. Came with charger, mask to screen e earphone, all in white, and some papers like manual and others. I decided for not use the mask (i dont like this things, and found here in Brasil a silicone case);
Looking - Its a very beautiful design, not so big, not so small, very nove shape. I liked so much;
Using - I had some concerns about the speed/performance, but, despite the 512MB RAM memory, the processor is very fast and resolved my problem with the running of apps. The screen is good, and not I missed my old Samsung.
In general, i'm very satisfied with it. I need some practice about some features of Jelly Bean (the old samsung had Gingerbread) and positions off buttons (the escape button, for example, is in another side, in samsung is in right of the home button, and in Tank, is in left of home button, and same happens with the setting button). Some friends, IPhone and galaxy S users, has made compliments about my new phone.
If i recommend? Absolutely yes. If you need a practical device, and you dont desire spend so much money, its a very good choice.

go to setting, manage application, look for the term "move to SD card" you have to move manually each application to sd card because it was stored on your phone..i dont know how to set to automatically save to sd card..we have the same problem..lol

Have you any troubles using this fon like short time battery life, poor image or video quality, touch doesnt work well, duel sim network cant work property etc?
Any type troubles that you faced or the lacking of this fon. Plz tell me

I'm using Google Play for my music - does anyone know how to store the music on my SD? I want to have music available when I have no service or wifi but it keeps telling me I'm out of memory (I have plenty on my 16g SD)

I've had mine for a couple weeks and love it, although I'm not sure of the data speeds yet(poor data reception where I live). If the screen is on, the battery gets low after maybe 4 hours, but lasts much longer when the screen is off. It is water-resistant but NOT rugged. It can break as easy as any other phone. Good quality.

It has 4gb internal memory, if that fills up you can put apps on the SD card. I've had mine for a couple weeks and love it, although I'm not sure of the data speeds yet.

After looking long and hard for an unlock dual sim touchscreen smartphone at a reasonable price i stumbled upon this phone. I careful compared it with other dual sim phones with around the same price range and none can come close. The specs are fine and it can perform mutliple task with ease but don't try to over kill it like other high end phones. Remeber it is 512 RAM and dual core which is sufficient for low to medium multi-tasking. Takes good pictures, record decent video which before i purchased i honestly underestimated. All in all it is a damn decent phone and you get bang for your buck. I have no regret buying two of this phone, one for wifey and one for me...
