I got this phone today and it does not have a settings button, mp3 button, nor an fm button. I can't even get online. What is going on? Please help!!!

I noticed that my sent messages are not saved. The massage menu doesn't even have a "sent" option. I sometimes want to go back to the messages I send but don't have the option. Is there anything I should do?

my phone gets the white screen, no more read the memory card and not even to put a background image tela.Vou stay.

I am having trouble with receiving mms, i guess the internal memory that I can only receive 1 mms message at a time, can someone help me figure out how to default the mms memory storage to the memory card? or any other suggestions?
