I have received a Touchbook 9.7 for the first time. Im told it does not switch the screen on no matter how many hours I leave it on for charging. I has been left unused for 2 years. I feel I need to change the battery and try opening it. I do not know where the battery is. Can you show me where the battery is to replace it and try.
hi, i get this product, and the batery end ,my cousin gime the plug to ac from his ipad and can turn on my touch book , even wen conec a computer of my grandson , i want to know why , happend this error , i need torn on my product or open the information , can you help me please, i want to know if i only charge my touchbook with own charger and why can open the produc trhought the laptop of my gand son .
I have a problem with the ear phone port/jack on my touch book 9.7. Sent email to support but no joy. I thought it was the ear phones as only one was working. So bought new ones and problem still exists. You have to move the jack around but then it just starts again. Any advice.
I just bought this tablet and I'm having trouble activating the GPS, there is no option to turn on. Anyone have any idea what could be the problem?

Battery backup is too low.in the specification battery backup is 15 hr but actually battery backup is near about 6 hr.
