Hi... CAN ANYONE HELP WITH BATTERY FOR 909 Dual S? I am ready to pay.

This was indeed a very robust phone. Once battery drained I had to keep it aside for 5 years now! But its really nice. Has some 100 beautiful tunes. It was a hit among friends when I bought this in 2000! Can anyone offer working battery or guide to a source whre I can buy one? Regards..PK

Well, seriosly I never thought I'd see this phone on the web! I bought it way back in '99. The design is what caught my eyes.. It's so refreshing, and very very stylish. I really liked the cold metal feel when it's in my hands. another plus is when people kept saying what a cool and unique phone I have compared to their Nokia 3330's, Ericsson P(something) and Motorolas.. seriously just thinking about it makes me feel warm, because it was the phone I'm using when I was falling in love with my wife :))

Now, sadly, the battery couldn't work anymore.. I would use it, seriously even without all the fancy features, it was that good... the stylish leather box is still there too....

Had zat phone. Was good for me. At least I heard when someone called. I cant say it about new fancy-mancy glamour 100000 voices super-dooper polyphonic phones...

Bought the phone about 5 years ago after I first saw it in a shop. The clean yet sylish look of the phone -- simply beautiful and stands out. This is especially so with the blue backlight on. It has just got something special about it. Retro look even. Function wise, it's a basic phone with no frills of what you see in today's models. It has it's own minor glitches but nothing significant. But I have to say again -- What handsome design; even by today's standard!!!
I have since retired my 909s last year. It's now kept in the original classy leather box that came with it. Yes, I will be 'preserving' this piece of art.
