Mobile is good to use. with all its features
Battery is very very poor & camer quality is comparatively not good

i own a dell xcd28.it was a foolish decision to buy such a stupid piece of hardware.i think samsung galaxy offer better screen quality camera and sound.if u wanna connect this piece of shit to pc to use net u want 2 use 3rd party application called easytether.its a free one.but with limited features,like no support 4 im softwares it doesn't even support websites with im applications like gmail or yahoo.....hardware problem is upto dell and connection issues are the drawback of android 2.1.i think google is heavily bribed by someone to make the pc internet connect (native tethering)feature absent from android 2.1.so my dear friend think more than twice before going 4 android phone (the app store is a costly option)and more than twice b4 buying dell

Dell XCD28 is one of the best phones compared to samsung.I think you all havnt used this mobile. and commenting a bad review

Heard everyone say "dont buy". I tried the phone and its pretty good value for money. I put in a BSNL 3G sim and the net experience is better than my laptop, couldnt just get myself to logout of facebook..Android 2.1 is the best...photos, video look grainy on the phone but good quality on the comp...for my use, 70% net 30% calls, the battery lasts for 2 days on 1 full charge...overall a good spend for me.

It is the worst phone and buying it was my foolishness.
It dosn't got even a good accessibility. Very difficult to operate and worst touch screen. Camera is ugly.
please friends, do not waste your money and time on it.
