Worst phone I had laid my hands on, I was a fool to go by the brand name, and the Dell company does not care pulling back the product or replacing it.

never buy this phone....its just a piece of crap
1..very bad touch
2..too bad battery backup
3..very low sound volume
4..so slow

I like d handset features but d only thing is battery back is very bad as per nokia or samsung...
but application of dell really a awsome..
there should prvide a tracker 4ph.....

Don't even think of buying this phone, its a nightmare. You will experience problems the very first day, the touch pad is the worst of all, the phone crashed at the end of 3rd month requiring major updates at the service centre where the visitor book showed 35 entries for the dell xcd28 that day, and the queue at the service centre, once can imagine the rest

purchased this phone... i visit the repair store more regularly than i visit the temple... :'( very bad... touch is not good... waste of money... i recommend Karbonn A9...

i purchased it at 9,000....in... 2011 feb..

and
...its...diffrnt n bttr frm othr android....mobs ...prfrmance wise ....and i like its uniquensss. .....^_^

Every thing in fine but it's touchpad is not like samsung . it's touchpad does not work by fingers properly . please provide samsung touchpad in dell xcd28.

i have purchased this phone last year in mar 2011 and completely fedup from this phone.i cant belive that dell like branded name launched this phone.now touch of this phone has stoped working and i am unable to search service centre for repairing of this phone in delhi.con any body help me.
