In a word, indestructable. I used this phone from 99 through to mid 2004. Then gave it to my parents, and it's still going. No idea what the casing's made of, but it should be used to make armoured vehicles - only scars it's got from six years of use are a couple of chunks out of the antenna. On its second battery now, and still only needing charging twice a week.

Of course, Ericsson A1018s doesn't look so attractive as, for example, ultra-fashionable Panasonic or Siemens, but this phone works really well:-) And in my opinion the communiction media should firstly be working ok, but after than be ultra-fashionable...

I have my a1018s & its now not getting access to any net despite having signals or losing some times, kindly tell me where to find its technical specification to reset it to master reset.

i think ericsson A1018s is a really dull and boring phone i paid £60 for it and it's a rip off and my friend did have one and bought it for £30
