For some reason our pin number does not work and all we get up is a PUK number, is there any way to find out what this number is, we do not have the original purchase paper work only the manual,awaiting your reply B.Spendelove

great phone, used it for many years, still have it at home. sometimes i even make my calls w/ it! weak battery, yet. as compared to the present phones, the menu is absoultely LOVELY! thanks.

my opinion is about the ringtones , I think the GA628 must have the ringtones also.

since it was a dirt cheap phone that i bought second hand, i didn't have any expectations of it regarding features, reliability etc. still, it has surpassed any and all of my demands...it has even got assembled back after splitting up after falling...really tough one...in fact i am not buying any new one...

Hi,I don't know whats wrong with the phone.It used to give me the caller ID but suddenly it started showing no cost info.Is there anything I can do or do I need to change the Phone.
I would appriciate if you could guide me or rectify if possible.Thank you...

I think it's a good phone, but the mere fact that it has no time nor alarm features sucks.
Secondly, when I receive a SMS, the phone doesn't show the date, only the time. As a result i have lots on msg's in my memory, with only time.
Except for that shortcomings, it's a good phone

good performance, fast menu, shock resistant, good quality calls, of course it's outdated but a great brick for it's age.
