Me an Ericsson \\\ fan but R520 I don't like. Fattened it is too much, like a pig. The Rommie says R320 is better!
The Rommie had model of this a few weeks only. Auction site it went shortly!
Proximity sensor works not.
T39m better! A keeper!

Superb fone!
Fully feature-packed with all you really need.
Good looking: not trendy, but very classy, usually available in silver, which looks far better than the beaver you can see in all the pics published ;-)
Best quality/price ratio ever: compares to Nokia 6310i (which has only a few extra gimmics & mem space) but I got it for a quarter of the price I would have payed for the Nokia!!
I absolutely love it! ...which I never did to a fone before ;-)

Hi, I am from india ,here r520m is available for $80 so can anyone tell me is it worth buying it ? I'll be glade if some one who is using this modele guide me .How's it's ringer & earpiece volume ,since here lot's of noise polution I want theme to be loude.Since this modle is discontinued how's the availablity of it's battery?Plz guide me.

It have all the basic features and attributes needed for use in Zambia given the limited nature of mobile services available. It is execellent.

I've had my R520 for nearly three years. Ericsson and now Sony Ericsson haven't truly replaced this excellent phone. Battery not as good as was three years ago, but apart from that, it still does the business! If you want a camera, buy a digital camera not a phone with a poor camera feature!

I have one for six months now - bought it brand new for less than 100$ cause nobody apparently likes a 'large' phone anymore. what's so huge about it anyway? only the feature set: triband + IRDA + Bluetooth + GPRS + WAP + POP Email + Speaker with proximity switch + extended phonebook.. what else? Colour display? Camera? no thanks. One of my greatest buys. And it looks nice too

You can buy this phone BRAND NEW from this UK website: http://www.extele.net for only £65! A GREAT price for this phone. I bought it two years ago for over £200 and it was worth it then.....

it is a very good model of Ericsson: i like its design, it is a little bit bigger than his " brother " R320 , but it is a superior quality comparing with R320 and its options are what a student needs. congratulation .Iwould like to have one of this Ericsson R520m! More than this i want to buy one. send me an offert with a price for a student, please ! Thank you!

Hi!
I have a little problem with my R520m. The alarm doesn't work with proximity switch. It make two beeps and then ask me if I want to turn off the alarm. So it doesn't sounds at all. Do you have any suggestions? Write me please...
