This has been my phone for two years. It's sad to see that it has been discontinued. It was once a fashion solution, but now, with beautifully stylish phones being developed by Nokia and Samsung, and other numerous brands making phones that are, let's say, "pretty" (i.e. Siemens SL55), this old Ericsson has lost it's value. I can only name bad points:
The are not functional
Call quality is bad
Hard to get a signal
Small screen, supporting very minimal features.
Flip design is now worn out, it used to be flambouyant. If you find the urge to "flip" a phone, buy a clamshell.
Battery life is excellent, though.
This phone is dead unfortunately. Let's move on to the new era.

I like my Ericsson T20s very much although, I had a problem with the Mic & volume slide button. Suggest how I could get these things fixed permanantely.

dis fone is really reliable in terms of long battery life and durability, i wonder y ericsson didnt hold dat much stock here in d philippines, for a low-end fone i cud say dat dis is a best-buy, dis is a million-times better than d A3618(w/c is a very prone to repairs and software problems, and until now d battery and casing is not yet available) i hope since ericsson is now sony-ericsson, dey wud improve theyre after sales service, dey shud have stocks of accesories of old models so dat d durability of d unit will not go to waste. c",)

No nonsense, that's what I can say 4 the T20s. I've lost twice, but always bought another one!!! The battery power and performance is useful 4 little bros and sis. Outstanding ability & durabilility consiering the veerrry cheap price.

It's good, but I'm looking for a battery and I can not find it. I live in Venezuela and I was told that Ericsson is not longer in our country. I would like to know what to do with my mobile phone. Is there any possibility to buy a new battery and where?
Thanks
