I was the one who posted the "crazy" thing about the all the gadjets for T39, I people you wanna proof, I can send you pictures.
Those gadjets work on all Ericsson phones in that time like T28, R310, R320, T29, T20, R520 etc, exept the camera. The camera works only on T39 and R520, becouse of it's built in e-mail client. The phone doesn't has own memory for the pictures taken, so the shot is sent automatically to a desired e-mail adress...

About the MP3 player, it was the first Mp3 player , atachable to a phone, with 32 mb MMC, and the titles appeared on the phone's screen...

Alex, or Stefan, think or search before you post... thinking feels good, you dhould try it ;)

Hey, Alex,"gimmeabreak" and others. Take a look at 1800mobiles.com/ert39celac.html . There is a camera for t39, obviously it's not a Cybershot, but exists. T39 was ahead of its time and have features that even today aren't found in some cells(bluetooth for instance). At pricegrabber.com you'll find an mp3 for t39(MP3 handsfree HPM-10). Accessories, ok, but they are available and are real. Talking about real, just to mention, t39 have mp3/realtones as an option for ringtones. Guys ain't so crazy after all.

Hahaha, I can't believe it's 2007 and I just managed to get my hands on a new T39m still in it's box! I had a T28 and T39 years ago, but my T39 got broken and I couldn't get it replaced.
I love these phones, they're so simple and so stylish. I'm just charging it now...

I've had this phone for about 4.5 years since 2001. Didn't wanna let go of it for so long, because I could not find any other phone superior to the T39. Superior battery life of 4 - 5 days, infrared port, bluetooth, excellent reception, great styling, 510 phone memories, etc. Way ahead of its time. I see some phones in 2007 still without bluetooth or infrared port. I started my phone with a thick Motorola, but it was the short 3 beeps at network connection that got me addicted to Ericsson among other things. Then I had the CF388. T39m ended the Ericsson era being the best and being years ahead of its time. I have kept all my Ericsson phones.

Finally got a new phone in 2005, but couldn't stay away from Ericsson. I got the Sony Ericsson Z800i. This phone was never released in the U.S., and I'm having network issues with this phone.

When i got this T39 from a friend i didnt know how great was this phone.
He sold it to me in Q50 quetzales (US DLS 6.50) 'cause it didnt turn on but i did it turn on just cleanin' inside it.
Here in Guatemala is not a common the style of the t39m so, my friends always asked me about the nice shape of it.
I´ve been used my t39 for at least 3 years and I happy with it :)
Excelente telefono!!
(sorry by my bad english)

The t39 is way better than the LG u8120!! How could you possibly compare them? The LG came out in 2004 (newer than t39) BUT IT HAS NO MP3 or GOOD CAMERA!!!
boooooooooo!

I do not say different; this mobile, although it doesnt even have polyphonic ringtones or a colourful screen or camera, I admit that it's great. You can rely on it for your calls, schedules, and it does have some entertaining games. Although today I cannot even think of buying a mobile that doesnt have a 2mpixel or more camera, this one IS ADMIRABLE! 10/10
Im going to get a k800i for Christmas with a 1giga memory slot and Im very happy about it.

As compared to Siemens cell phones, Ericsson handsets are less reliable in signal strength. They often lose network when you are in the basement. Once you are upstairs you will hear three short beeps, meaning that your Ericsson regained network.

I am a very old user of Ericsson Phones and in every era, Ericsson Phones have led the market of serious minded users. This phone is the best in its class. Though, it doesn't have the modern features like Camera, Color Screen and Polyphonic Ringtones but it offers you the best of communication it is made for. You are on a conference call, want to use divert, call waiting or even Mobile Internet, it has all which probably few of the handsets can provide. The signal strength is excellent and has a wonderful user interface. No doubt the best Ericsson Model ever made. Sony Ericsson,,, Never an impressive buyout like the legacy of Ericsson.

Yes, yes, yes, I shall say it too, far the best and the most relyable communication device I´ve
ever had and used, despite the time that have passsed since it was "pulled" out of the market. Many today´s mobile phones are way down the evolution tree. Forget fancy built-in cameras, 874 different ring melodies, beautifully colored screens, space shuttle simulation games..., wake up people, these are telephones we are talking about, and those are used for... a... voice communication...?

The Ericsson T39m happens to be the best phone I've ever had. I've had plenty of phones whose batteries don't compare to the T39m. From it's ergonomic curves to it's unique aerial, the T39m is a good quality cellphone. It's a pity that Ericsson went the way they did; if this was the last phone that the swedish giant produced; well kudos to them. I bought mine for the grand sum of £10.00 from a well known Computer shop-I love it and would recomend anyone to get one as it outclasses some of todays phones.
