I have a SOny Ericson T66, has been in the drawer for ages but i just cant get rid of it as i like it so much. It still works all that i need is a new back plate that slides on and a new battery, can any one helpwith where i can go in Durban, South Africa.

I would like to buy this phone even if broken, i know its the year 2009 and nowere sells them new but if anyone has one i will buy it even if broken.

one prominent disadvantage is that its battery lite is extremely abysmal...after one year of usage it lasts only 1.5 day per single charge...with only 10-15 active call and very slight screen and other function operations.
It is one of the smallest phone ever made at the expense of dismal battery life.

Hi, i got T66 since 03, i use it 3 years, then i stopped using it for 3 month and trying 2 use it again it dose`nt work until i changed the buttery, and it works. But after 2 years i try 2 use it again but it dose`nt work i dont no why?? i try every thing like new battery,charger and is nothing, i really like this phone. I hope to find any solution .. Thanks

I own a T66 since Sept 02. It work perfectly for me and i still like it though i bought a new hp (VK2020).

I sent it for repair once in Oct 04 (after using it for 2 yrs) due to "No Network" problem. After the repair, i can still use it till lately (Mar 06, 1yr+ after the first repair) and got to sent it for repair again on the same problem. So, readers... this phone is solid!!!

YES!!! it takes time to get the spare part... its been a month still no news from the workshop. That's why i got to get myself a new hp. Yet, i still like the features and the cute design of it. Will use it as a spare phone.

I extreamely like the feature whereby you can customize your caller, message, alarm with your favorite ringtone (dwld or self-edit). Not like some other hp model has a pre-fix of few ringtone for message/alarm.

The messaging feature is excellence as it will auto-save even when you accidentally press "NO/EXIT" button, my new hp cannot compare with this. Pressing "C" fast or hold-on to it will not delete the whole message also is a pro to this model. Nokia cannot compare to this, that's why i don't like nokia's phone (not anti it).

it's really cute, it has all things that i need, maybe the functions are limit,but for this size i think it is great..

Just wanna say: Dont buy this phone.
Yes, its small... but it has a huge BUT... after a while u get probs pressing ur buttoms cos of dirt inside the phone, and after that ur antenna stops working and u get the "no net" text on ur display. this phone only got me probs
