I have installed "NAVIGON NAVIGATOR 5" in my glofiish.....and its working fine...
Is there any website where I can download map for middle east ( for free :) )

Great phone , I warmly recommend it to anyone, it has the looks, it has the brains and the power ... gsp, wifi , wm5, 400 arm, smallest and thinest ppc in the world
Doesn't have any mapping software but you can't get anything you like from the net and for free ;)

Anyone from Saudi Arabia having this PDA?
I just want to ask that which GPS navigation software are you using? Where did you buy Saudi specific GPS navigation software? And what about Maps?

how is the volume when talking on the phone? is it clear does it have an echo? is it loud or is it soft? does the other party hear you clear? just want to know before i purchase the x500. rite now i have the eten m600+ and sound is not loud when talking with others. but is good. thanks just want to know... will be selling eten m600+ any questions about the phone email me. thanks

I've had X500 for 1/12.Battery fair,GPS good but look out for right software.Works well with Parrot car kit. I use a magnetic holder on the back in a Landrover and it hasn't fallen off yet.Some of the functions could be quicker.
However SUPPORT from ETEN non existant!
Voice Commander does not appear to understand any language that I'm familiar with.
And finally you don't get any software (that I can find) on the CD with the Phone

I've got a X500. Quality is good and I think is one of the best PPC out there, however it has a lot of software issues. Coming new versions of ROMs may fix them. Check out ETEN users forum.

the 200mhz processor is really slow, so this thing is a better option, i am not sure about the manufacturing quality, but i've never see any eten phone around yet. so this are just doubts =)

this pda phone has a very nice all in one feature. but i want to ask about the quality. because taiwan branding usually defective product like acer notebook >.< does any one can tell about the hardware quality??

hi - can someone really tell me which one is prefeerred given both at the same price: this one ETEN X500or the HTC P3300? they look the same except that the P3300 has TI 200MHZ processor and this one has Samsung 400Mhz. so what do you think? what about the brand? which one is "stronger", the HTC or ETEN?? thanks

I think it is a good device , having all the functions like GPS , Wi-Fi , Bluetooth , GSM phone , 2.0 MP camera and even radio .....all in one .
A pity , though , it is not 3 G !!!
A small place in the globe named Hong Kong , the retail price is HK$ 4580 ( ie US $ 600 )
