help updating 5800 firmware

my 5800 firmware is 20
and everytime i try to update either OTA or by pc cable it tells me that i have the latest version !!!
there must be a solution to this..
some advised me going to nearest nokia centre but its not making any sense each time i wanna update i go to nokia centre!!
somebody help please!!

Its because the latest firmware version is not out for your country yet

i know some friends have it
and others had it in nokia centre

Well, it will make more sense if you just go to Nokia center.

What we mean to say is that there is no solution. not even the people from nokia center would be able to help you if your product code still does not support the update. the phone will not be able to detect updates until the update has been patched for that particular product code. well there is an illegal solution but that would void your warranty and may lead to software problems in the future.

Well, I'm not sure we're allowed to talk about that here, and in the first place, I wont be the one to advice you on something that could potentially turn your phone into an expensive paperweight.
