Ram does not make your phone faster. If you have ram then it means you can run more programs but your processor is the one that is working those programs so even if u have shizloads of ram then it still might run slow.
ALSO, my 600 mhz processor w/graphics accelerator in nokia n900 runs my phone just as fast, if not faster, than a 1ghz processor in nexus one

some ppl r just so narrow minded 600mhz arm cortex will nt be slow nor drain d battery!performance depends more on amount of RAM than mhz of cpu!while im at it if the software is optimized well than 128mb is aplenty just look at iphone 3g or nokia5800!

Speed is determined by OS,Processor and Memory and also the applications one is using. So having a 600MHZ processor doesnt mean it will be slow than 1GHz processor.

Nice phone but still I would like to have it a 1Ghz Processor and a 3.5mm audio jack....... If these were there then it will be a rocking phone........

CPU is not just the matter for speed. It will not be slow by 512MB RAM.

Nice looking with up-to-date specs. The resistive screen is a no go to me though
