If you are in the US, and are planning to purchase the Sony Xperia X, you'll be glad to know that most major retailers are currently offering the handset for $450, which is $100 down from the phone's price tag when it was launched in the country.
However, if you are looking for some freebies as well, you may want to check out the deal at BuyDig, which is offering a free Lexar Class 10 128GB microSD card (listed for $38 at the retailer's website) with the handset.
The offer is available on all color variants of the Sony Xperia X, including white, black, lime gold, and rose gold. For more information, head to the Source link below.
Well, your wrong on that one. Just flash some european firmware version on Xperia and voila...fingerprint scanner feature is available ;-)
The hardware is there. I guess removing the actual sensor would have needed a major redesign of the power key so they just left it there and they disable it by software. All you need to do is go to the XDA forums... It's actually pretty easy to do....
i dont think sony is that stupid to just disable the feature knowing it can manually enable by the user..it just dont have any kind of finger print sensor built into it
