unable to answer through the phone, but only thorugh the bluetooth headset and handsfree. the phone has an problme with the speaker and the service is absolutley pathetic. the head set pin gets jamed with the socket and from then u wont be able to hear the music.

My iPAQ rw6828 doesn't work properly, the camera, battery, windows (OS) are not standart. It used for sms only?

I cannot connect into the WiFi... Please help me... What's the trick on this? What should be done with the configuration? It always fail on the self-test; it says "Get adapter info." It is asking for the MAC address, which is not also visible in the HP asset viewer... I don't know how to do it... PLEASE HELP...thank you!

wifi icon support show on today screen, it's default, if not need to send HP care, but you need to prepare worse case as they might ask you replace mother board, as long it still cover by warranty,go ahead, mine is screen color running white and blue, more headache.

the problem of this handset is other party who call you might hear echo of his conversation , quite disappointed. too expensive phone come with a lot of ....

I have a problem connecting my 6828 to wifi. I suppose the problem is with the configuaration. i performed a hard reset however wifi icon was not available on the today screen when it opened. Please help me.. I thought resetting it would bring back the factory default setting, but it didn't - it gave me headache. please help me on this. THANK YOU!

My experience with this unit is a lot of problem. Here is a few tips.
With car charger problem, you need to change from fast charge to slow charge then change back to fast charge, I found sometimes when I plug in the car charger it won't charge but after chaginging option under USB charging it would work.
With problem on speaker, if you don't hear anything it means that the 2.5 ear plug you use is a little bit too tight, I have this problem and discovered that if I use the loosley plug it is Ok, I was fortunate to have my PDA replaced when I had the problem but only to dicover the problem did not go away apparently this problem is not for HP rw6828 only it is for other brand with the same motherboard as well, it's a poor design!
Overall I enjoy using it but regret that I bought the HP product as It seems the after sale support from HP is bad, it's next to none!

I bought this device when it was released.
Few hours ago, i charged it and i went to sleep. Soon after that, i got a phone call, then after half an hour talking, it ran out of battery and shut down. I tried to charge it, but it won't charge, not even the small red light turned on. Any solution?

i got this mobile 6 months ago, camera is slow to the extent that it freeze the system
(you keep poeple waiting until u get sure you took a picture...hahahah)
i cannot read japanese fonts ..can sombody help?

hi. my unit was a gift last october 2006. same problem with the rest. low speaker volume and low ringing tone volume. battery life is also poor.
recently, no sounds are coming out from the speakers when I tap on the icons or use pocketmusic. but when i turn the fm radio on, curiosly, sounds are coming out again. weird!? i really don't know what's wrong with it.
any of you guys having the same problem?
