my butterfly cant connect to my pc so i can copy files between them and whenever i install and try opening it, it tells me unfortunately the app has stopped several times. this is happening for all the apps am installing.
the music av copied too only five of them play, the rest don't. I need help because the phone is becoming virtually useless but its a new phone i just bought days ago.

But when i am downloading torrents and at the same time playing an online game or watching youtube while also charging, it does get hot. But not so much. Just a little hotness. And when it does, i let the phone rest for 5 mins at least and put it in front of an elec fan. Maybe somethings wrong with your phone. Why dont u reset.
