personally i think android is better than winmo but even if u cud install winmo on this phone, wudnt u want it to be winmo 7? and y dont u get the htc hd2? which is already out, has a large capacitive touchscreen, 1ghz cpu, and winmo 6.5.

This phone seems like never come out after Big Battle of Apple and HTC over Android:

I think gsmarena made a slight mistake with the specs on the phone. Looks like HTC Desire does not come with a divX player, unlike whats stated in the spec sheet here.

but also for the brand..
That specs of X10 is not worth its price..

> In reply to pH1 @ 2010-03-06 13:28 from Acp} - click to readi absolutely agree with u... and after all i find htc sense to be better in every way than se time/media scape ui... last but not least, x10, when it was still called x3, should have released in january (announced in november!!!) but was delayed until april and they still couldn't pour 2.1 into it, and desire has it out of box and we heard of desire a month ago (announced two weeks ago). plus in my book for sure.

> In reply to Spawner @ 2010-03-06 04:12 from vxtq - click to readi agree with ur comments but i think ur also forgetting something wen u talk about the majority of the ppl. most ppl will say they r both good android phones. then they will ask which is cheaper. the htc desire is over €200 cheaper than the x10 (at least for now). is the x10 worth €200 more than the htc desire? no. this is sumtin se fans fail to realize. also both phones r expected to realease in april, so if ur waiting for the x10 ur also effectively waiting for the htc desire, which to me seems like the better and cheaper phone.

i like the phone a lot. design and ui look great. a bit bigger than what i wanted, but i think i can get used to it. however, i would not buy it until HTC decide to make it a true world phone with gsm quad band and all bands (3g) in the phone, then i would buy another one from them. i bought one from them in the past and i could not use the 3g on another carrier. what's the point of spending so much money into a phone and yet you cannot use it to it full capacity when you switching carrier.

> In reply to Roland @ 2010-03-05 20:00 from mGIc - click to readAnd you are saying this doest have good design and nice users interface?

will for me, this has better design and UI than X10..

And one more thing. majority are not looking only for design and UI (which desire's already qualified)

Also the screen quality and hardware... (16 m colors Amoled, 1ghz processor And 572mb ram)

300+ ram is not enough for me...

Are you serious?
One guy says 3210 is best as a joke an then two followers come and praise ancient 3210 where comments should be about 2010th smartphone. Common!

I dropped it many times and use as a hammer and still works. You can chose any language as well. Now, all mobile phones in the market, you can chose only english and chinese language.
